An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Centre for Black and Minority Ethnic East Midlands (CBME) to undertake a range of operational and research activities.
We are looking for a Research Associate to provide a major contribution to the design, evaluation and interpretation of effectiveness data for CBME studies. The role will undertake and lead systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses as well as identify funding opportunities, and lead and write relevant bids and reports for the centre, as required.
The role holder will possess a relevant PhD or equivalent and have knowledge of data management processes as well as the ability to support a research team in the acquisition, evaluation and/or interpretation of data and other specialised information.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills and gain experience of working within the CBME to work with patients, the public, community and voluntary sectors, researchers and health and social care organisations to reduce ethnic health equalities in the East Midlands.
The post is offered on a full time fixed term basis until 31 December 2018.
Information enquiries are welcome and should be made to Dr Andrew Willis on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0116 258 8995.
